What you fill in
The form has 7 fields: bolag (namn, org.nr), delägare 1 (namn, andel %), delägare 2 (namn, andel %), övriga delägare (valfritt), särskilda villkor (beslut, vinst, hembud m.m.), datum and ort. Fields marked with an asterisk are required for the document to be created.
