What you fill in

The form has 7 fields: långivare (borgenär), låntagare (gäldenär), lånebelopp (kr), ränta (% per år, 0 om räntefritt), återbetalning (t.ex. datum eller belopp/mån), datum för lånet and ort. Fields marked with an asterisk are required for the document to be created.
